We each spend on a average around £640 on clothes per year and collectively throw out almost 1 million tonnes of textiles. One third of this has barely been worn! So bring those items along for someone else to love!

Once you have your £15 ticket, you can drop your preloved items to Lil at 10 High Street, Haddington, weekday mornings. Or you can take to the Seabird Centre on Wednesday June 8 or Thursday June 9 - please ensure at least an hour before the event starts.

What to donate?

We’re looking for good quality, clean items that you once loved but no longer work for you, that gorgeous gift that’s never been quite right, or other items lurking in the back of the wardrobe.

Please no earrings or underwear.

What to expect?

We will have items in size ranges, on rails or otherwise displayed out.

There will be some time to browse, then the swishing will start with an allocation of three items per person.

Once we’ve all had a chance to pick the top three, then there’ll be a chance to fill your bags with all sorts of gorgeous new-to-you pieces.

Did you know??
